“How long is turn around for receiving photos?”
Turn around time ranges between 4-6 weeks depending on the season and session!
“What happens if it rains or snows on the day of my session?”
I LOVE shooting with our worlds elements BUT if you don't ; I offer weather insurance! If we need to reschedule, change time or location, there is no fee or anything if due to bad weather!
“What happens if your gear is ruined or broken before or during our session?”
GREAT question!! If I ever unfortunately have anything happen to my equipment I have many backups as well as I am able to rent the equipment if needed such as a camera or lens to make sure we are good to go for your session!
“How do you accept payment?”
You will receive an invoice with your contract which takes card or you can pay straight from your bank account!
“Do you charge extra for travel?”
All costs are included in your package!! So no extra charges are added for wedding or elopement packages!
“Do you offer travel out of Utah + PNW? Internationally?”
Yes! I love traveling and will go wherever around the world you need me to go!
“How do I receive the finished photos?”
After they are finished you will be emailed a link to all the high-resolution edited images where you can download, print and save in high-res!
“What precautions do you take to make sure my photos are safe?”
Sometimes no matter how many precautions you take photos can still get lost - thankfully this has only happened once to me so far (knock on wood) but a few things I do to insure your photos are safe with me is...
I duel shoot which means your photos record on TWO SD cards instead of one!
I backup your RAW AND edited photos on a hard-drive and computer
I NEVER delete your RAW photos off my SD cards until you receive your full gallery
